Vehicle Wrap Installer

We’re hiring a VEHICLE WRAP INSTALLATION team member! We’re looking for a friendly, team player, with some experience applying vinyl & and installing signs, and a keen interest in becoming an expert wrap installer. If you fit this description, please apply!

On a typical day, you would:

  • Work with veteran production staff to learn needed skills and complete multiple vehicles wraps in addition to other sign projects.
  • Apply vehicle wraps
  • Cut and weed vinyl
  • Assist with installing post-mount and wall-mount signs
  • Keep the work environment clean, replacing every tool before the end of the day

Sign Production & Installation

We’re hiring an EXPERIENCED PRINT / VINYL PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN in WILMINGTON, NC! We’re looking for a friendly, team player, with extensive experience running wide-format printers and applying sign vinyl who fits this description:

We are searching for a wide-format printer technician and vinyl installer for our sign and wide-format printing operation.

On a typical day, you would:

  • Work with veteran production staff to complete multiple sign/print projects
  • Cut and weed vinyl
  • Apply vinyl to signs
  • Cut substrates using our CNC router
  • Run printers, Eco-solvent, and UV
  • Keep the work environment clean, replacing every tool before the end of the day

This is a full-time position working 8 am – 5 pm, M – F, and occasional weekends or later hours (opportunities for overtime). We offer competitive compensation, five paid holidays per year, retirement savings, and vacation after the first year of employment. *Salary negotiable based on experience.     Experienced Matthews Paint Technician

    We’re hiring a MATTHEWS PAINT TECHNICIAN! We’re looking for a friendly, team player, with paint mixing and sign painting experience.

    To land this job you should love WORKING WITH YOUR HANDS. You are organized and like to keep everything in its place in a workshop. You have attention to detail to paint clean lines and avoid drips.

    In a typical day, you will:

    • Work with veteran staff to complete painting projects, including posts, panels, and raised lettering on signs.
    • You will also help veteran staff prepare sign panels for painting, which will require using assorted hand tools such as, but not limited to; various saws (skill, hand, etc.), levels, rulers, hand tools, and drills.
    • Lift and carry objects and materials of various weights up to 75 pounds.
    • Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
    • Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe.

    • Lift and carry objects and materials of various weights up to 50 pounds.
    • Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
    • Cut, assemble and paint various posts and material sheets.
    • Keep work environment clean, organized and safe.

    Graphic Designer & Project Manager for Signs/Vehicle Wraps

    We are searching for an experienced sign & wrap designer/project manager for our sign and wide-format printing shop.

    In a typical day, you would:

    • Work closely with our estimators to provide preliminary layouts needed for quoting projects.
    • Design multiple projects either from scratch or by revising layouts from prior projects based on a client’s current need.
    • Generate both high-production simple sign layouts, as well as more thoughtful, eye-catching vehicle wraps and interior murals and branding displays.
    • Establish relationships with a large number of business leaders, whom we are honored to have as recurring clients, to understand their branding guidelines, standard layouts and deadline requirements.
