2025 Wrapped: The Projects That Shaped Our Year
Every year brings its own mix of challenges, growth, and moments that remind us why we love what we do. This year was no exception. From oceanfront landmarks to healthcare facilities, multi-family developments, and custom fabrication work, our team had the opportunity to help shape how brands show up across the Carolinas.
Here’s a look back at the projects that defined the year, not just for their visibility, but for the collaboration, creativity, and craftsmanship behind each one.
A Year Defined by Hospitality
This year marked an important shift in our work within the hospitality space, with multiple hotel projects coming together and allowing us to take a more comprehensive approach to signage across entire properties.
At Golden Sands, the installation of the building signage completed a project that began the year prior. With that final element in place, the full signage vision came into focus, anchoring the property and creating a strong sense of arrival that feels both intentional and lasting.

At The Oceaneer, we partnered closely with their interior designer to develop a cohesive signage package throughout the hotel. Each element was designed to complement the architecture and interiors, ensuring the signage felt integrated, clear, and consistent from space to space. The result is a guest experience where wayfinding and branding work quietly together to support the overall feel of the property.

Together, these projects reflect a more thoughtful, end-to-end approach to hospitality signage, one that balances visibility, design, and experience.
Reimagining Corporate and Commercial Spaces
Not every project starts from scratch. Some of the most rewarding work comes from transforming what already exists.
For The Atrium Corporate Offices, in partnership with Sexton Construction, we designed and fabricated a custom aluminum cage system clad in black ACM and brushed aluminum. Built to fit seamlessly over the existing sign, the structure delivered a clean, modern upgrade without requiring a full teardown. It’s a great example of how smart design and fabrication can dramatically change a structure while staying efficient and practical.

We also partnered with ICON on signage for their new location, delivering crisp, professional signage that supports both brand visibility and navigation from day one.

Healthcare Signage Built on Trust and Visibility
Healthcare signage carries a unique responsibility. It needs to be clear, professional, and approachable while holding up to daily use and varying lighting conditions.

For Dimock, Weinberg & Cherry and Campbell, Covington, Icenhour, we produced illuminated signage for both their pediatric dental and orthodontic practices, respectively, in Leland. Designed to feel cohesive across the two offices, the signage creates a consistent, welcoming presence day and night. Every detail, from lighting to legibility, was considered to support both visibility and trust, reinforcing the care and precision patients expect before they ever step inside.
Supporting Growing Communities and Developments
As new residential and multi-family communities continue to take shape across the region, signage becomes part of how residents and prospective buyers experience those spaces on a daily basis.

In collaboration with Maximum Design and Logan Homes, we produced large-format signage and directional panels that help guide residents, guests, and future homeowners throughout the community. Designed with growth in mind, these signage systems balance branding and wayfinding while remaining flexible as new phases come online, ensuring the community feels cohesive from day one through long-term expansion.
Brands on the Move
Some of the most visible branding never stays in one place. This year, vehicle graphics played a major role in helping organizations extend their reach well beyond a single location.
For Cape Fear Community College, we wrapped truck cabs and trailers used in hands-on driver training, extending the college’s brand into the community while students gain real-world experience on the road.

We also completed a full fleet re-wrap project for Flores & Foley, developing a custom design based on their new logo and giving the growing fleet of vehicles a polished, unified look that reinforces professionalism wherever the road takes them.

Craftsmanship in the Details
Not every impactful project is defined by size or scale. Sometimes it’s the materials, texture, and character that make the strongest impression.

At SeaPath Yacht Club, we created custom HDU signage that reflects the club’s coastal setting and refined simplicity. For Wicked Bull Trading Post, an HDU sign paired with a sidewalk sign added bold personality and street-level presence, creating an inviting first impression that feels true to the brand.

Looking Ahead
This year pushed us to think bigger, collaborate earlier, and approach signage as part of a broader experience rather than a final step. From complex fabrication solutions to full property signage packages and large-scale installs, each project reinforced the value of thoughtful planning and strong partnerships.
We’re grateful for the clients, designers, builders, and collaborators who trusted us with their spaces and their brands. As we look ahead, we’re excited to continue building signage that’s intentional, durable, and designed to leave a lasting impression. If you’re planning a project in the year ahead, we’d love to be part of the conversation.
