Flat Cut Aluminum (& Other Metals)

Aluminum lettering and logos are by far our most popular outdoor dimensional logo offering. We offer brushed, anodized (to prevent weather corrosion) and painted options. We also offer brass, bronze, copper and stainless steel. All of our metal letters and logos have a lifetime guarantee. Standard thicknesses are ¼” and ½”, but others are available. The most popular mounting style is the flush-stud mount. We also offer stud-mount with spaces (to make the logo stand off the wall).

Cast Metal Letters

Cast Metal is an alternative to flat cut letters and logos. Cast letters/logos are created by pouring molten metal (aluminum or bronze) into molds creating a semi-hollow back that can hold studs for mounting. We offer an array of finishes from brushed to polished to oxidized and patina.

Fabricated Metal

Fabricated letters and logos are a great option for larger spaces that can handle the look of thick heavy letters/logos, spaces that require a bold statement with a logo. They are made by cutting, bending and joining sheet metal. These letters are hollow rather than solid, like our flat-cut metal letters. We offer aluminum and stainless steel, brushed and mirror finishes, and color-matched paint options.

High Density Urethane

High Density Urethane (HDU) is a rigid, naturally waterproof, polyurethane foam product made specifically for creating dimensional signs. HDU signs can mimic sandblasted signs with a carved wood-grain background or have a smooth carved look. We transitioned from sandblasting wood several years ago to producing only HDU signs, due to their durability, as well as the availability and affordability of HDU. These signs last longer than wood signs because they resist moisture.
Our standard thickness for HDU signs is 1.5″, but it is available from .75″ to 2″ thick, as a special order. We can carve sizes up to roughly 5ft x 10ft panels.

Carved ColorCore®

ColorCore® is a layered, high-density polyethylene substrate that we carve into to reveal the core color. ColorCore® resists fading and makes beautiful signs, and is popular for applications in which you never want to have to repaint the sign, or where graffiti prevention is important. Paint and adhesives DO NOT ADHERE to ColorCore®. Its limitation is that there are limited color options and in large sizes, the substrate can warp slightly in the sun. We have methods to prevent and work around this, but for some applications, the product is not suitable (we can advise when this is the case). This is one of our favorite types of signs to produce and is highly recommended for golf courses, elegant parking lots and directional signs, apartment communities, and more.

For a sense of permanency and architectural depth, consider the classic look of cast and precision tooled bronze, brass, or aluminum plaques, logos, and emblems.  Ideal for professional offices, universities, government buildings, and commemorative uses, these plaques are available in 11 different finishes including brushed, oxidized, painted, patina, polished, and more as well as multiple background textures /color options.  Using only the purest, lead-free alloys, these cast and precision tooled plaques are available in various depths and are guaranteed for the life of the product.
