This option provides a distinctive combination of narrow strokes and deep returns (thickness of the letter from the face to the wall). Fabricated metal letters are made by cutting, bending and joining sheet metal. These letters are hollow rather than solid, like our flat-cut metal letters. Fabricated letters and logos are a great option for larger spaces that can handle the look of thick heavy letters/logos, spaces that require a bold statement with a logo. We offer aluminum and stainless steel, brushed and mirror finishes, and color-matched paint options.

Acrylic & Polycarbonate Logos

Acrylic and Acrylic-with-brushed-metal face logos can be mounted directly to the wall or to an acrylic panel, which can be easily moved if the business relocates. Popular colors are clear, frosted, black, and brushed-metal-faced acrylic. An economical, yet beautiful sign option is a printed logo on an acrylic panel. A beautiful art option is printing a photograph on a clear acrylic or polycarbonate panel, the options are truly endless!

Acrylic is available in a variety of colors and can be custom-painted to match Pantone colors. Standard thicknesses are ¼” and ½”, but others are available upon request. Our acrylic has a super-smooth precision-cut edge for a beautiful finish and can be cut into intricate shapes and letter styles.

Acrylic Faced with Metal

Acrylic with a brushed metal face is an economical alternative to solid metal lettering. The smooth-edged acrylic gives depth and a polished look, while the aluminum face gives the high-end look of metal. We offer several aluminum finishes, but our standard brushed is by far the most popular. The acrylic can be any of our standard colors to provide an artistic flair, but light gray/platinum is most popular to give the illusion of solid metal.
