Before the first home is built or the first business opens, a community begins to take shape through the details that define it. At Terrapin in Leland, we partnered with the development team early on to establish a sense of place through custom signage that introduces the community and sets expectations for what’s to come.

This phase of the project focused on entry signage and early identity elements designed to create visibility and presence from day one. Using durable materials suited for long-term outdoor performance, we developed exterior signage that reflects the character of the community while standing up to coastal conditions. These initial installations play an important role in marketing, wayfinding, and establishing a recognizable identity as development progresses.
